He has over 15 years of experience in the field of Civil Services Examination circuit. He has a wealth of knowledge about Civil Services Examination process and has been actively involved in designing training programs for aspiring civil servants. He served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of an educational institution and has been instrumental in building the institution.
Selestine was a former Software Engineer in Infosys Technologies Ltd and has resigned that appealing job to pursue a career in Civil Services. He has appeared for 6 UPSC Mains and 2 Interviews. He mentors the student-aspirants closely and has assisted more than 500 students in qualifying UPSC and TNPSC Civil Services Examinations.
With his academical, technological and managerial experiences, he founded ‘Bureaucraft – Bureau for IAS, IPS Exams’ with a Vision of becoming a Launchpad from which a band of young Civil Servants with an unrelenting passion to serve our Motherland gets launched. He wanted to pioneer a new era in IAS Coaching by seamlessly integrating State of art technology with individual attention and expert guidanceto achieve success in Civil Services Examinations.
He is a former Software Engineer and is a renowned educator for Civil Services Examinations for more than a decade. Possessing an experience of over fifteen years in Civil Services Examination circuit, he mentors the student-aspirants closely and has assisted more than 500 students in qualifying UPSC and TNPSC Civil Services Exams.
He has 10 plus years of teaching Indian Economy at reputed institutes in Chennai and other parts of Tamil Nadu. Having cleared various competitive exams in a short-span of time and appeared for UPSC Civil Services Interview in 2014, he is an expert at simplifying concepts and has the ability to deliver the content in a manner that students will not forget.
He has cleared TNPSC Group II Examination and has an experience of teaching for more than fifteen years. He has the credit for enabling his students to score minimum 95 marks out of 100 in General Tamil, a subject that is significant for clearing TNPSC Civil Service Examinations.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has 12 years of experience in Competitive Examinations Coaching. He has written the UPSC Main examination in Tamil medium. He has rich experience in the field of Translation for over 10 years since 2013 and has translated the books of Bangladesh Nobel Peace Prize winner Dr. Muhammad Yunus, which are “World of Three Zeros” and “Banker to the Poor” into Tamil. Apart from that he has also been writing 50+ competitive exam guidance and awareness articles in Tamil daily/weeklies
Worked as an Online Tutor of English for students from United States of America. He comes with an experience for teaching ‘General English’ for various competitive examinations since 2008. Under his tutelage, more than 500 students have got jobs in central and various state governments.
He is very much passionate on Teaching, Career Guidance, Data Business Analytics, Research, Planning and a highly passionate and motivated Math teacher with more than 6 years of teaching experience in reputed Civil Services Coaching centres across Tamil Nadu. A good mathematician with an ability to solve the aptitude problem with shortcut methods. An expert in simplifying the aptitude concepts.
She is the Founder and Managing Director of Minerva Learners Academy. She also conducts Career Guidance & Motivational Speech in various Institutions across Tamil Nadu. She received “Saadhanai Magalir Virudhu” in the field of Academics for motivating Young Aspirants on International Women’s Day 2020 conducted by Lady Doak College &Transgender Association.
